Beta software. Formulation Experts is provided during a private beta for evaluation. It is offered “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed, and data may be reset during the beta period.

1. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for the organization you register.

2. Your data

You retain ownership of the formulation data, ingredients, and documents you enter. We process this data to provide the service. During beta, do not rely on the service as your sole system of record — keep your own copies of critical formulations.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to breach security or access other organizations’ data, no unlawful content, no interference with the service’s operation.

4. Compliance disclaimer

Formulation Experts provides tools that support formulation, documentation, and compliance workflows. It does not certify regulatory compliance, product safety, or fitness for any market. You are solely responsible for verifying that your products meet all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the beta service.

6. Changes & termination

We may modify these terms or suspend the beta at any time. We’ll make reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes.
