What we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, organization). The formulation data you enter (ingredients, formulas, projects, clients). Technical data needed to run the service (authentication tokens, and — when an error occurs or you submit feedback — the page you were on, your browser’s user-agent, and any screenshot you choose to attach).

How we use it

To provide and operate the service, isolate your organization’s data from others, respond to feedback, diagnose errors, and improve the product during beta. We do not sell your data, and we do not show third-party advertising.

Where it’s stored

Your data is stored in our cloud database provider (Supabase) and the application is hosted on Vercel. Data is segregated per organization using row-level security so tenants cannot see each other’s data.

Feedback & screenshots

When you use the in-app feedback button, your message, the page you were on, and any screenshot you choose to attach are sent to the platform administrators for triage. Screenshots are optional and only captured when you explicitly choose to attach one.

Data retention & your choices

During beta, you may request export or deletion of your organization’s data by contacting your beta administrator. Note that beta data may be reset; keep your own copies of critical work.

Security

We use authentication, per-tenant row-level security, and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure; during beta, avoid storing data you cannot afford to lose or expose.
